As a seasoned marketing consultant, Czarina brings extensive experience spanning leadership roles in top 20 Philippine companies and multinational Southeast Asian regional offices. Her expertise extends across diverse industries including retail, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, agriculture, and supply chain management. Czarina is recognized as a strategic thinker and proficient in connecting marketing channels, adept at overseeing end-to-end project management for businesses of any scale.

She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Industrial Design from the University of the Philippines and holds continuous certifications in digital marketing from esteemed academies such as the Digital Marketing Institute in Dublin.
Beyond her professional achievements, Czarina is an adventurer, artist, and educator who utilizes her leisure time for painting, reading, and staying active. She is deeply committed to giving back to her loved ones and community, embodying a philosophy of continuous learning and paying it forward.

Headed the total brand portfolio for the Philippine market handling 150+ SKUs. Main task was to expand the consumer base of the Oyster Sauce category, to defend market leadership of the Sesame Oil category, and to disrupt the Soy Sauce category. To expand the product portfolio by assessing opportunities in other categories; One-Step Sauces, Ready to Eat, Powder and other cooking ingredients. And to lead end-end marketing requirements of B2C (retail) and B2B (food service and industrial) clients from conceptualization to execution.

Regional deployment directly reporting to the South Asia region based in Malaysia, coordinating with global marketing based in the USA, Hong Kong and Mainland China plant for product development.
